Okay, this one is coming in after a week. Sorry for the delay. I remember leaving late from class last Sunday to complete an assignment. And then the entire week was busy with work and related meetings with clients. Had been a terrible week at work. And just for that reason, I probably missed jotting down the things that happened that day. Anyways, here's a short write up of Day 30 of the Executive PGDM course at NMIMS Hyderabad.
The day (as far as I remember) started with a class on Operations Management. We learnt about Process Flow Charts and about cycle times and de-bottlenecking. That were surely the basics there. We were also supposed to submit a Sphinx Steel Plant case study in the next class. (I'll probably try to share the solution here)

After Operations we had a session on Business Strategy Formation. I don't remember much what happened then. Probably discussed about Porter's Model and also few things about auditing and check list. Have a group presentation coming up next week, so shall be working on that.
Last lecture was on Marketing Management. We discussed about the 4Ps 5Cs and STP. Also we were supposed to solve a case study about Sarvodaya Samiti. In the end as we fell short on time, decided to do it as an assignment.
That's it about Day 30 of the Executive PGDM course at NMIMS Hyderabad. The days are passing by rather quickly, it's already a month done in the new trim. Now, I'll write about today's class in the next post.
