Key Partners in Business Model
One needs to understand that a business cannot work in silo, it needs and environment. And by environment everything right from the employees, infrastructure, financial policies and regulation are required. Thus the Key Partners of the Business Model Canvas helps you list out the key partners in your business. These can be your employees, vendors, clients, government and so on. In case you have an e-commerce website, then your key partners would be your customers, your suppliers, logistics providers, bankers, IT vendors etc.

Continuing from our previous example of Uber's business model, let's look into the key partners of Uber. There are a lot of people/entities involved in ensuring smooth operation of Uber. As pert he below image, their API providers and the payment gateway providers are key partners to Uber and ensure that their business runs smoothly.
