So this post comes in a day late and this isn't something to boast about. Was caught up with work after I landed home after class yesterday and due to that missed out on writing this. I realised this while I was driving home from work today. Just reached and the first thing I'm doing is this. A quick recap of Day 13 - Executive PGDM at NMIMS, Hyderabad.

Business Environment Presentation

If you have read my last post, I told about a presentation I had given. Apparently we finished the syllabus :O and it's just presentations that we are doing. Even today we had a presentation, but for a tougher case study and a larger group. Again we had a last minute thing done, but it went great. And to celebrate that, we ordered Pizza for lunch ! Business Environment was just about presentation.

Financial Ratios in Accounting

It was a flashback time - exam paper distribution ! I did pretty well in the mid-terms and I'm happy about it. But even then having a look at the paper was a must. At least I saw what my mistakes were. Did help a lot. Post that, the faculty wanted us to spend some time doing some practical work. Worked out an example to calculate ratios. Since my project work is in the later stages already, I had a good idea about the ratios. A good accounting day overall.

Probability - Easy or Hard ?

We have done a lot in Probability. At least a handful formulas for calculating probability. Today was no different either. All I remember is one tail and two tail stuff - some graphs Z graph and T graph and then some degree of freedom. It also included some Hypothesis Ho and Ha and based on that we did something. We spent a couple of lectures on it.
